Refund policy
Chelsea-Lee offers refunds on all full priced items/orders within 28 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method or a store credit. Customer will provide return shipping costs.
TERMS OF RETURN
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached. Please ensure you have lodged your return through our Returns Portal prior to sending this as this becomes the proof of purchase. Your return will not be processed if you have not lodged this through our returns portal.
Chelsea-Lee has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. We will contact you to notify you that we are sending back the items if they are rejected to the shipping address on your order.
Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:
- Stains
- Strong fragrances or odours
- Pet hair
- Fake tan
- Makeup
- Oil stains
